3. The assignor will process your registration & communicate with you about assignments and tournament details.

The 2025/26 OYSA Seasonal year is officially over! With our Founders Cup Finals on April 26, Presidents Cup Finals on May 3, State Cup Finals on May 9, and our last Spring League games on May 17, the season is complete!

OYSA wants to thank all of the referees and assignors that made this season one of our most successful ever! Here is some data for you regarding our Winter, Spring, Development League, Valley Academy, and Cup games that will help you to gain some perspective on the scope of our leagues and tournaments:

• There were 5,901 games played across Oregon and SW Washington between January 10 and May 17.
• There were a total of 14,984 available referee assignments for these games.
• There were 14,751 confirmed assignments for these games.
• There were only 224 open assignments for these games. No games were canceled due to no referees!
• Our assigning average for all of these games is 98.46%! This figure represents an astounding effort made by all of our referees and assignors! Thank you very much!

We look forward to seeing some of you again at the OYSA Kick Off Cup, August 28-30, and many more of you for the 2026 OYSA Fall Season, starting September 12!
