2025/26 IFAB Law Changes

The 25/26 IFAB Law Changes went into effect on July 1, 2025. These changes will be implemented in all future Oregon Summer Tournaments (unless otherwise stated), and OYSA League Games. Please be sure to know all of these changes, especially the new 8-second goalkeeper possession rule!
