League games begin January 2026 - are you certified for 2026?
- If your badge says "2025 REFEREE" - assignors will not be able to give you games!
- Register now for the US Soccer 2026 Referee Recertification Course in ENGLISH or SPANISH
- Online coursework = approx 2 hours
- Field Training = none required
- Cost: $75.00
- Once you complete your ONLINE requirements, RefTown automatically update your certification year to 2026!
- Assignors will see your name on the list of 2026 referees and can assign you.
- Badges will be mailed to the address in your RefTown/NWSC profile - please be sure it is correct!
Note: If you let your registration lapse in 2023, 2024 or 2025, you can RECERTIFY for 2026, no need to start over with the First Time Referee course.

The 2025 OYSA Fall Season officially ended on 12/6/2025 with our Founders Cup Grand Finals held in Eugene at Lane CC!
OYSA wants to thank all referees who worked games during our Fall Season.
Your support and hard work enabled us to have a very successful season, with a state-wide average of 97.3% assignment coverage! Thank you!!
- The OYSA Office will be closed for the holidays from 12/16/2025 through 1/4/2026.
- 2026 OYSA Winter League begins January 17 (optional start date January 10), age levels U15-U19.
- 2026 OYSA Spring League begins February 21, age levels U11-U14.
- 2026 OYSA Spring Development Academy begins February 22, age levels U09-U10.
- 2026 OYSA Spring Valley Academy begins March 14, age levels U09-U10
