WELCOME TO THE 2025-26 BMBOA Season!
Complete the following steps to register to officiate this season:
- Create an OSAA Arbiter account--ARBITER REGISTRATION---**NOTE: Follow all prompts and complete each step listed under the "ELIGIBILITY" tab in Arbiter Central Hub
- Complete the Concussion Training for Officials
- Complete NFHS Basketball Exam
- RefTown Registration
- Click on link provided in email to complete your Official's Profile:
- Contact Information
- Financial information--1099 and SS#
- Emergency Contact Info
- Email & Cell #
- Update BMBOA AVAILABILITY for each MONTH, then SAVE, and REPEAT for additional months of the season--this will allow you to be assigned games on specific dates/times--for assistance please contact Commissioner and/or your Mentor.
- Click on link provided in email to complete your Official's Profile:
- Complete NFHS Interscholastic Officiating Course. --This will satisfy the OCEP Principles requirement.
